Young Nigerian Sci-fi filmmakers

Using makeshift tripods and borrowed smartphones, The Critics Company – made up of nine teenagers in Nigeria – shot and released their first sci-fi movie in 2019. They got noticed by top filmmakers who helped them get advanced filming equipment. They are now taking part in top-end films in Nigeria.
